Choppers were once ridden by broke dirtbags. Guys with a grinder a welder and a case of beer.

Some time ago a few guys were sittin around the shop bitchin about bikes on tv and in magazines, bikes that were maybe cool but had a ridiculous budget. Sooner or later the conversation turned around to who c ould build the coolest chop, for the least money, in the shortest time.
